All physical media purchases are covered by a 30 day replacement policy should the disc or USB Flash be defective. Simply notify us the defective media and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

We accept Apple Pay and credit card payments online.

For Digital Download orders, your download link will be displayed after checkout.

For DVD and USB Flash media order, please allow two weeks after the show ends for these items to begin shipping.

Once a product begins shipping, all orders placed are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
