What is your Replacement Policy?

All DVD media purchases are covered by a 30 day replacement policy should the disc be defective. Simply notify us the defective disc and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Sorry, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Can I order by mail instead of online?

Absolutely. Please contact us for a traditional order form  and we will email a version to print and send in with your payment.

What form of payments do you take?

We accept cash, check and credit card payments.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Please allow two weeks after the show ends for DVD product to be produced and begin shipping. Once a product begins shipping, all orders placed are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Why does my receipt say LLC LLC is the parent company of Fresh Pixel Media. Rest assured, these companies are one in the same.
